Abstract

This research project aims to: investigate, organize, expand and use knowledge about the possible relationships between voice, image and senses in art mediated by artificial system since the advent of cybernetics to contemporaneity. The activities that will be developed to archieve this objectives are: literature review; selection and analysis of artistic works and the creation of an experimental study. Through these research is expected to obtain the following results: the encouragement of questionings and reflections on interactive artistic works that address the topic; reflections on the non verbal thought and sensory perception; and creation of an artistic work which directly relates the human senses through vocal interaction, and enable simulate synesthetic experiences in real time via computer.
