Abstract

The increased demand for fish has modified the build system, which started to be done more intensively. This situation instigates increasingly looking for food that can reduce the negative effects caused by the adoption of this type of system. Given the above, this study aims to evaluate the inclusion of increasing levels of dried blood plasma in the diet of juvenile Nile tilapia to the productive performance. Five diets containing the respective levels of inclusion of dehydrated plasma will be made: PD 0.0 (control) = 0.0% with diet treatments; PD = 2.5 diet with 2.5%; PD = 5,0 diet with 5.0%; PD = 7.5 with 7.5% diet, and PD = 10.0 diet with 10.0%. For it will be randomly assigned 40 fishes in 440 tanks of 250 liters up to contain 11 animals per experimental unit. Fish will be fed four times a day for 60 days. Weight gain, feed conversion, survival rate,% visceral fat, liver somatic index and protein efficiency rate will be assessed. Data will be submitted to the technique of analysis of variance (P <0.05) and complemented by Tukey multiple comparison test.
