Abstract

This project aims to investigate the competence in organizational communication as a facilitator of the process of generating and managing innovation in micro and small enterprises (MSEs). Part has been assumed that the incorporation of the culture of innovation in key business structure, when backed by an effective system of communication involving all its components, is a strong factor in obtaining crucial competitive advantages for the development of micro and small businesses and their rise in the market. Therefore, we intend to analyze and understand the contemporary scenario of MSEs, identify obstacles to the development of communicative competence and understand the interaction between innovating and communicating - to contribute with models and practices that utilize the potential of both tools towards success and continuous improvement of MSEs.
