Abstract

This scientific initiation research will contribute for the gathering of information at field, (interviews and observation) and raising strategic information regarding the dynamics, the expectations, the characteristics of the 'citizen-public servant relationship', with special regard to the quality of the service delivery, institutional trust and legitimacy. It will focus the relations established in the local health services.
