Abstract

This design focuses on developing procedures for the determination of elemental Ca, Cd, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mg, Pb and Zn in samples of orange juice, Ca, Cd, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mg, Pb, Se and Zn in food supplements for LIBS. The same samples are analyzed by LIBS are digested in acid and analyzed by ICP-OES and ICP-MS, the results are compared with the results obtained by LIBS to verify the accuracy of the analytical method proposed. Use of cellulose as a base for the production of solid standards and multivariate calibration: For determinations LIBS calibration methods as will be studied. For the analysis of samples of orange juice will be employed the method of dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction (DLLME), this process will include the use of Chemometrics (factorial design) to optimize the analytical conditions and identify the best working condition. Chemometric tools are also employed to generate calibration models and sort order for the expeditious determination of the analytes in the samples under study and classification of the same for the levels of analytes. It is expected that the results obtained it is possible to establish a method for fast analysis and easy to apply with little or no preparation of the samples tested. (AU)
