Abstract

Given the importance of the model dog and involvement of seminal plasma proteins in the greater resistance of sperm cryopreservation cell front, we believe that the identification of freezability markers in this species can produce results applicable to other canids contributing to the formation of banks germplasm. Thus, this study will be to correlate the quality of semen and the binding capacity of sperm cells to perivitelline membrane of the egg yolk pre and post-freeze protein to the analysis of seminal plasma using the shotgun approach.
