Abstract

This research is intended to investigate the consequences of bullying in the work environment and worker's mental health and to situate it as contemporary factor of precarious work, seeking and confronting to expand the views of environmental and occupational accident and confront Brazilian reality with the protective rules, with a view to effective implementation of the Constitution on the issue of workers' health. For that, in principle, fundamental human rights of the employee will be approached, provided the Brazilian legal system. So conceptualization will be through work environment in order to understand their current scope, its outline and its environs, to better identify the impacts on workers' health, considering the environmental and social aspects present in it and, above all, its psychological size, as workers, human beings who are listed as its main members. Then bullying will be outline, demonstrating its effects on the work environment and its impact on mental health worker by presenting some consequences such as mental disorders, which will be unveiled during the research. In the case of bullying a serious problem to challenge an urgent solution to the effective protection of worker's mental health, proposals will be present with a view to minimizing the problem and, consequently, the improvement of social relations. In this sense, the suitability of bullying will be verified in their employment perspective, accident work, inquiring their legal and social impact, through a critical analysis of Bill No. 7202/2010, which holds the primary objective of expanding the concept of occupational accident to encompass intentional moral offenses, whose motives are related or are not related to work.
