Abstract

The present research aims to evaluate the effect of three different bacterial phytase, appreciating their nutritional matrix in diets with normal and reduced levels of phosphorus on performance, alkaline phosphatase activity, calcium and phosphorus in the blood and bones and bone parameters (densitometry bone, bone strength, bone density and ash). There will be a trial in the experimental shed with 10 treatments and 7 replicates of 30 birds each, lasting 35 days. The treatments will be: A (control 1) = diet without phytase with 0.45% Pd in the initial phase and 0.40% Pd growth; B = control 1 + Phytase A and appreciation used; C = control 1 + Phytase B and appreciation used; D = 1 + Phytase C control and appreciation used; E-Control 1 + appreciation used without phytase; F (control 2) = diet without phytase with 0.35% Pd in the initial phase and 0.30% Pd growth; G = control 2 + Phytase appreciation used; H = control 2 + Phytase B and appreciation used; I = control 2 + Phytase C and appreciation used; J = control 2 + appreciation used without phytase. The diets will be formulated based on corn and soybean meal, according to the recommendations of each phase, as follows: Initial (1-21 days) and growth (22-35 days). The statistical analysis will be performed with the aid of computer package Statistical Analysis System.
