Abstract

The increase in human exposure to low temperatures has been of concern in the last decade, as it directly influences the physiological state of the worker but also their work performance, leading to occupational diseases and accidents in most cases.The objective is to evaluate the influence and interference in the thermal comfort and the effects of worker exposure to low temperatures (10 ° C and lower temperatures) using as instrument ergonomics. To characterize the environmental conditions at low temperature, shall measure the following variables: in ° C air temperature, relative humidity (% RH) and wind speed (m / s), and through a questionnaire will rise issues related to thermal comfort, health and worker performance. For the detection of differences of these variables will use the ANOVA and the correlation verification that use the simple linear regression model. The expected result after the completion of this project is to show the influence and interference in thermal comfort and percentage figures, the consequences of worker exposure to low temperatures in Refrigerator Bon-Mart.
