Abstract

The kraft pulping is now cellulose pulp production method most widely used by industries, for producing a higher quality pulp and to enable efficient retrieval of reactants. The time and temperature used in process are interdependent variables that directly affect quality pulp and thus subsequent stages, such as the oxygen delignification and the bleaching in general the higher temperature, the shorter cooking time, but also lower It will be yield of process. For this reason this study is to evaluate effect different times during kraft pulping eucalyptus in efficiency oxygen delignification. And still submit these pulps that have been delignified to ECF bleaching. For kraft pulping are used sulfidity, active alkali and constant temperature, varying times at maximum temperature being applied 30 min, 60 min, 90 min, 120 min, 150 min and 180 min. These pulps are pre-delignified with oxygen and subsequently bleaching using the sequences OD0 (E + P) D1DF (reference) and OAHTD0 (E + P) D1DF. The results will be analyzed based on the parameters produced pulp quality, income from cooks, chemical, physical samples produced, seeking the best out soluble and insoluble lignin, HexA's, whiteness, viscosity, kappa and brightness reversion.
