Abstract

In this work we will develop and use a catalogue obtained from the Dark Energy Survey (DES) to study the galaxy distribution around dark matter halos. We will use measurements of the angular correlation function and the angular power spectrum of the galaxy distribution to fit a phenomenological model for the halo occupation distribution of galaxies. We also will study the galaxy correlation function in warm dark matter models to put limits on the mass of the dark matter particles.
