Abstract

The federal government project called 'Computers for Inclusion', in operation since 2005, focuses on the establishment of a national network of refurbishment computers, the guidelines also emphasizes the aspects of digital inclusion, vocational training of young people in socially vulnerable and integration with environmental policies for the proper management of waste. In this context, the studies of Oliveira (2014) and Kamimura (2015) show how mathematical programming models can be viable tools for the planning of reverse logistics network of the project. The recent results show the need to consider the principles of equity to the models, since the decisions found didn't considered the character of digital inclusion inherent in the project. Thus, the aim of this project consists of a continuation of the studies already conducted in order to consider further extensions to the models proposed in previous work, considering the principles of equity. An inherent secondary objective consists in update the base of references, in order to consider papers which deal with mathematical programming models for reverse logistics networks configuration of electronic equipment problems, as well as studies that consider the issue of equity in their models. The main reasons for this study involve, in the project point of view, that the insights generated by the model can assist in enabling the program, which will result in benefits both to greater digital inclusion, as in the achievement of waste disposal less damaging way to the environment.
