Abstract

Little has been investigated on population in a Street Situation versus tuberculosis object since it is known that it is a serious public health problem by the high coefficient of incidence and treatment givin up. Currently, TB research form does not have a variable to identify this population. The city of Sao Paulo information available in TBWEB system * State Health Department, demonstrate a coefficient of incidence of tuberculosis 2168.8/100,000 inhabitants in the population on the streets, being 44 times higher than the general population. The study aims to identify the difficulties and facilities found in attention to tuberculosis by staff of Specialized Reference Center for Social Assistance São Carlos / SP, with the population on the streets. We chose to work with discourse analysis which brings us significant, seeking the production of discourse analyze the communication process that does not appear mechanically, but rather a phenomenon constructed from agents that interact with each other as dialogue, life experiences, enunciation and class. The analysis of empirical data in AD occurs by the corpus configuration that are the cuts made throughout the work, the AD requires a constant coming and going between theory / corpus / analysis. It starts from the assumption that the speech does not close, and a process in constant progress, to which the analyst talks about the speech.
