Abstract

This research aims to rescue the memories of psychology graduate program participants (teachers and students) during the military regiment (1964-1985) seeking to characterize how the psychology was in its ethical and political dimensions in time and identify forms of political organization and resistance to repression. Recovering the history is a necessity because it shows us our identity and recover it with memories is enriching for bringing not only the facts, but the personal impressions of those who remember, the values, ideologies and how the event has touched the person. The memories of those who lived the regime as student or university professor are relevant to know how the political repression was in the psychology graduate program of Bauru during those days and incorporate it to the History of psychology and Educational Foundation of Bauru, current UNESP/Bauru.
