Abstract

The research topics proposed in this project are in the subareas covered by the thematic project FAPESP 2013/25977-7 "Security and Reliability of information- Theory and Applications" of which the advisor is one of the main researchers. Its goal is to introduce the undergraduate student to the filed of error correcting codes and related mathematics topics, particularly spherical codes connected to Hopf fibration. (AU)
