The experiment will be conducted in Sector de Avicultura da Universidade Estadual Paulista - UNESP, Faculty of Ilha Solteira, in order to evaluate the effect of energy recoverable of the matrix soybean gum which is the residue obtained from soybean oil processing. Will be used 240 laying hens Lohmann LSL at 42 weeks of age during the period of 112 days (four cycles of 28 days), distributed in a completely randomized design DIC in a factorial scheme (2x3), these being: two levels of inclusion gum in the diet (0 and value to set%) x four metabolizable energy levels (2,650, 2,730, 2,810 and 2,890 kcal / kg diet), with five replicates of six laying hens each. In the experiment will be evaluated data of performance parameters: egg production (bird / day), feed intake (g / bird / day), egg weight (g), feed conversion, internal and external egg quality and digestibility of diets by methods of total and partial collect. The variables will be submitted to analysis of variance and in the case of statistical significance, averages are compared by Tukey test at 5% probability. (AU)
