Abstract

To contribute information on the impact of using saflufenacil and indaziflam, the aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of these herbicides on crops tomato, eggplant, sunflower, peanut and crotalaria and in soil microorganisms. The experiments will be performed at home-a greenhouse and laboratory. In the first experiment the experimental design for each species will be completely randomized, with treatments in a factorial 2 (herbicides) x 8 (doses) x 5 (seeding time), with four replications. The herbicides are sprayed in doses 1 / 64D, 1 / 32D, 1 / 16D, 1 / 8D, 1 / 4d, 1 / 2d, D and product absence (control), where D is the commercial dose of indaziflam and saflufenacil . At 0, 10, 20, 40 and 60 days after herbicide application (DAT), the species will be sown. They will be assessed the percentage of phytotoxicity, height, leaf area, chlorophyll content, and dry weight of shoot and root species. In the second experiment, the commercial dose of each herbicide will be used in the field, collecting soil will be made and will be determined microbial diversity and basal respiration at 0, 2, 5, 10, 20, 40 and 60 DAT.
