Abstract

The aim of this project is to elaborate a simulation model for egg production and prediction of the nutritional requirements for laying hens and broiler breeders. The study is divided in four steps: (I) organization of the database and estimative of the factorial model, (II) elaboration of two prediction models of the egg production, one for the laying hens and the other for broiler breeders, (III) elaboration of the simulation models for laying hens and broiler breeders, (IV) (already executed), and the elaboration and inclusion of sub models to correct external effects over the consume, evaluation and validation of the completed models. In the end, it will be generated the Avinesp software - broiler breeders and laying hens. In addition to the inclusion of the sub models, discussions with the researcher Dr. Robert M. Gous will be executed to enrich the project and to elaborate a more precise and accurate model, besides the writing of papers already in English to further publishing.
