Abstract

Changes in the climate can cause a negative effect on livestock, it deserves to be investigated intensively to prevent lost in animal production, specifically considering the mechanisms of adaptation to climate change. This project aims Sunning two cattle breeds with different aptitudes heat resistance, evaluate the variables suggestive of heat stress. Additionally, aims to investigate biological mechanisms and physiological role in increasing the ability of Bos indicus to adapt and produce in hot environments compared to Bos taurus. (AU)
