Abstract

We are going to study aspects of algebraic geom-etry and invariant theory, in particular algebraic groups and GeometricInvariant Theory, in order to the student to learn more techniques to studyrepresentation theory and Lie theory, which is the main focus of his PhDthesis, along with some structural question of algebras, where the abovesubject is also relevant.
