Abstract

The research aims to describe the development of the protection of civilians norm in the peace training centers in Latin America by a comparative model of localization of transnational subsidiary norms and, thus, identify in what extent the theoretical causation models are able to explain the regional political dynamic. Argentina, Brazil and Chile are analyzed as a result of theoretical and methodological cognitive choices.
