Abstract

In the present proposal it is requested a scholarship to be attributed to Eng. Everton Spuldaro, regularly enrolled in the Graduate Program in Aeronautical and Mechanical Engineering (PG-EAM) of the Technological Institute of Aeronautics (ITA). The research work to be developed in the context of the Master Dissertation addresses the techniques of Structural Health Monitoring - SHM and Fault Detection and Isolation - FDI, aiming at the study, implementation and evaluation of procedures intended for the estimation of Model-Assisted Probability of Detection (MAPOD), applied to rotating mechanical systems. This proposal is attached to the thematic project entitled "Fault tolerant identification and control of rotating systems" (Proc. 2015/20363-6), coordinated by Prof. Katia Cavalca Dedini. The supervisor of the dissertation is a Principal Investigator of this project. (AU)
