Abstract

The goal of this research assitant project will be to update the database with values recently reported by STN and values obtained from historical reports that can only be found in print on mandatory and discretionary transfers sent by the federal government to the states of Brazil. The grantee will also be trained in imputation techniques and will use these techniques to fill in the missing values in the database. The final product of this research project will be to contribute to the CEPESP database of public finances of the Brazilian states. (AU)
