Abstract

The project of a detailed commentary of the "Introduction" to the Phenomenology of Spirit has as its aims the solution of at least some of the many interpretative difficulties of the text, as well as the presentation of a new perspective on the development of post-Hegelianism, specially the trail of Marx's left Hegelianism. Developed in the framework of the Thematic Project "Public Sphere and Reconstruction: On the Constitution of a Reconstructive Paradigm within Critical Theory", it aims at connecting the inaugural moment represented by the Phenomenology with present tendencies of contemporary thought, especially that of the Frankfurt School.
