Abstract

In this turn of the twenty-first century we can see a breakthrough increasingly voracious of capital over labor, under different forms, building and destroying rooms and territories. These fetishists relationships end up exposing and subjugate more and more workers, turning them into real puppets capital, dehumanizing them through work. These Pass not recognize more as people but as things. Thus, the metabolic system of capital and its embodiments are rooted in the broader social context with the speech to be the only viable alternative for development and progress. However, only has increased inequality and, concomitantly, the struggle for reconquest of the various rights, either better working conditions, fight for access to land, food sovereignty, agrarian reform, or even the construction of alternatives to this social model , spearheaded by social movements. Our main objective is to understand the contradictory process engendered by capital, at the same time that triggers mechanisms that weaken the situation of life and work of the workers involved in the agricultural stage of sugarcane industry, intensifies the insecurity to which they are subjected, under the cloak of exploitation, long hours, theft in the payment of cut cane, which rebate directly in the degradation of living conditions and impacts negatively on workers' health. For this, we will use as a methodology literature in several sources, participation in scientific meetings that discuss the theme and field work in order to know the local reality. (AU)
