Abstract

The patient security is the reduction of the risk of unnecessary damage associated with health care until an acceptable minimum. The present work aims to identify and analyze the incidents related to assistance reported to the core of patient safety in the Teaching Hospital in the interior of São Paulo state. It is a quantitative study, exploratory, descriptive analysis of the data. (AU)
