Abstract The aim of this project is to look deeper on the study of the relationships between care, gender and labour and to form a framework for the analysis of Law. Sociology of labour has dense production on care, , and the current settings thereof in a broad sense, especially performed by women or attributed by women to other women. With this proposal, having already carried out a bibliographical research of the sources I had access in Brazil, I intend to focus my research on care-related works published in Europe, in France in particular, to which the Brazilian academy still does not have access, in order to form a theoretical scope which will allow to further the understanding of the role played by labour law within the structure that governs the production-reproduction opposition. In addition, I intend to approach the sociological method and apply it in the analysis of the data resulting from semi-structured interviews with members of organizations such as "Marcha das Margaridas", National Federation of Domestic Workers (FENATRAD), Domestic Workers Union of the Municipality of São Paulo (STDMSP), The National Federation of Nurses (FNE), the Association of Elderly Caregivers of the Metropolitan Region of São Paulo (ACIRMESP), "SOS Corpo", "Sempreviva" Feminist Organization (SOF), with the goal of verifying how labour and care have been articulated by them in their claims. | |
