Abstract

Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and Computed Tomography (CT) are the gold standard exams for staging patients with gynecological tumors. Lymphatic involvement is one of the risk factors that has the greatest impact on the prognosis and evolution of the disease. This study aims to evaluate the accuracy of images based on functional and morphological diffusion index in MR (regulated in 3T and 1,5T) and CT, for the evaluation of pelvic and / or para-aortic or inguinal lymph nodes in gynecological tumors. In addition, the study also aims to create a database with clinical and epidemiological information on the main tumors of the gynecological tract, that is, cervical, endometrial, ovary, vulvar and vaginal cancer.
