Abstract

This project starts from our initial assumption that aesthetic questions, in particular, surrealism, were fundamental for Jacques Lacan to develop his analyzes. The proposal of our research project for BEPE (Bolsa Estágio de Pesquisa no Exterior) aims to develop the our main research project, highlighting the developments that have occurred up to the present moment, as well as the made by the pre-dissertation committee (banca de qualificação) held in December 2016. Thus, it was clear the point that should be more emphasized for the continuity of the intended course: the focus on surrealist art, as well as new debates related to our central theme. In this way, our fundamental proposals will be the development, deepening bibliographical and the end of the following chapters: "Aimée: a case of paranoia or a case of poetry? Lacan's approach to surrealism "; "The novelty surrealism: from the origin in the word to the revolution"; " Introduction au discours sur le peu de realité (1924)" / "Au delà du Principe de réalité (1936)"; "Theory of lack of object". In addition to the end of the previously initiated chapters, our intention is to raise the debates that involve the theme of the relationship between Lacan and Surrealism through the influence of unpublished texts and discussions in national publications, as well as to support the basal hypothesis that there are approximations - in the field of language - between the Lacanian object and the surrealist object.
