Based on the Child and Adolescent Statute (ECA), the form and the place of care for children and adolescents in the host situation were, and continue to be, remodeled. The ECA also attributed that every child and adolescent have the right to an education that promotes their full development, so gifted and talented students are legally guaranteed their right. Thus, this research aims to identify indicators of giftedness and talent in children and adolescents of an Institution of Reception in the interior of the state of São Paulo and attend the students indicated in the form of enrichment. As specific objectives: to know what the conceptions of the teachers are, professionals and coordinator (s) of the Research Institution in front of the giftedness and talent of the indicated students and to know the conceptions about the giftedness and talent of the teachers of the schools in which the students are welcomed Enrolled. The collection will be given by application of the Identification and Questionnaire. The identification tool that will be used is the Direct Observation Guide in Classroom and the questionnaire will be elaborated and will contain open and closed questions. The datacollected on the allocation indicators will be analyzed according to the protocol of analysis of the instrument and the data of the questionnaire will be analyzed according to a qualitative perspective with the creation of categories. Finally, enrichment activities will be proposed to identified students. (AU)
