Abstract

This work intends to develop and test a new approach to perform damage detection and prognosis in composite structures with piezoelectric elements bonded based on probabilistic extrapolation of the coefficients of linear and/or nonlinear autoregressive models identified by using guided waves and non-resonant Lamb wave.
