Abstract

This research aims to study the functionality and the constructive system of a museum facility in full use housed in an old building with historical value, from the perspective of the Post-Occupancy Evaluation (POE) that is constituted by the evaluation of the physical performance and the evaluation of user satisfaction. From the intersection of the evaluation of the physical performance with the measurement of user satisfaction, diagnoses will be made focusing on the mentioned themes (functionality and constructive system) in order to formulating, as far as possible, recommendations to be included in a maintenance program of the case study.
