Abstract

In the context of the project IBM-FAPESP n. 2016/18819-4, this proposal is related to the implementation of 1 (one) of the granted Scientific Initiation Scholarship to be supervised by Associate Researcher of the project at Unesp. In order to allow experiments with the proposed cognitive architecture, this Scientific Initiation aims to build a humanoid robot typically with 25/27 degrees of freedom (DOF). Previous models of humanoid robots built by the team will be used as reference. However, in order to meet the requirements of multimodal sensing and interactive behavior, the platform will be adapted to support new sensors and additional movements. (AU)
