Abstract

Entrepreneurial relationship with educational policies is not an unprecedented phenomenon in Brazil. However, its growing presence in the area has called the attention of many researchers. At the same time, the High School reform, consolidated this year by the law 13.415/2017, seems to contain several elements pointing to this relationship, among them: the arguments of the explanatory memorandum of the law, which resemble the entrepreneurial speeches; The modernization speech of flexibility, as well as the fact that the model of flexibility employed in the law has been elaborated exclusively from entities related to the entrepreneurial sector; the interest of the private sector of education in this reform; The presence of business entities in the formulation and implementation of Brazilian common curriculum. This relationship does not happen without implications. Several studies have pointed out the debasement that educational processes suffer from the principles of competitiveness, entrepreneurship and the logic of competences. Still, the re-politicization of entrepreneurial action, which has gained momentum in Brazil and Latin America since the decade of 1980, emerges as a relevant problem to research in the social and human sciences. In this sense, this project aims to investigate the influence of entrepreneurs in the current high school reform. Methodologically, I will make use of a documentary and bibliographical survey, in addition to semi-structured interviews, to be conducted with key informants of the institutions selected from their importance in the educational scenario of recent years.
