Abstract

The present scientific initiation research project is inserted into the theme of participative urban interventions aided by digital processes, investigation field explored by the Núcleo de Estudos de Habitares Interativos (NOMADS.USP) of Universidad de São Paulo for several years, and, even more recent, by projects such as Cartografias Urbanas and Territórios Híbridos (proc. FAPESP 09/51457-5), beyond several individual researches. The main goal of this research is to define requirements capable of instructing the development of digital tool that allow the inclusion of people without specific training, within the community, altogether with specialists, in processes of urban intervention projects developed on BIM platform. For that, it is specifically considered the development of more accessible interfaces to alterations made on softwares based on BIM platform, optimizing consults to society and making participation on projects more accessible and direct. The research relies on the study of similar experiences, both national and international, to reach its goals. The results aim to collaborate with the optimization of the practice of collaborative projects involving the community, therefore widening the procedures of architecture and urbanism area and contributing with ongoing master and doctorate works at the research group.
