Abstract

The exposure to the factors of the exposome (UV technique, pollution, imbalance of the cutaneous microbiota, among others), is the process for hyperpigmentation, to trigger oxidative stress and inflammation, that is, to promote the onset of melanogenesis and, consequently, activation of melanocytes with the development of hyperchromias. Planning hyperpigmentation and other pigmentary actions are one of the main manifestations in dermatological practices in Brazil, representing great cosmetic importance, the development of effective and innovative dermocosmetic formulations is fundamental. There are several bleaching indicators that act on the different stages of melanogenesis, but it is somewhat like a pharmaceutical base formulating a greater influence on the bleaching correction and a hyperchromia program. These bases are liberating active nitrogen in the deepest layer of the epidermis, although often the release of them is hampered due to some physical-chemical and physiological characteristics of the layers of the epidermis. In addition, the pharmaceutical base of the whitening penetration, the pouch and the release profile of the exercise are dependent on other factors of the formulation as a rheology and texture. This study is the evaluation of the balance of different borders, the sensory and sensorial in vitro of formulations, parameters found for a greater adherence, the security and hyperchromias. (AU)
