Abstract

The research intends to retake the history of the left in Goiás, from the second half of the twentieth century on, revisiting or rediscovering so many scattered sources about this theme and period. The intention is to initiate the presentation of a large general framework of social movements in Goiás, having an article with a bibliographical review of the 38 theses and dissertations found, and also may have in the future the following products: a biographical dictionary of social movements in Goiás, and a book of synthesis in the theme. In addition, thematic articles that involve the analysis of the collected data, one of which, in the ambit of the Post-Doctorate in Unicamp, should include the construction of a database with the sources of Dops-Go, the Criminal Identification Section of the Civil Police de Goiânia, and other funds from the National Archives, such as SUDECO, for the presentation of a social network analysis of these movements, from 1950 to 1984. The interest comes from a demand of meaning provoked by the change of perspectives of free labor in today's labor world. In the context of the reflux of the struggles of 2013, and of the end of 2015 wich linked the struggle from Goiás to the rest of the country, was present in the lives of many workers, indicating the seek for a new repertoire of action in the movements against the systematic attacks to the social rights conquered by the struggles throughout the twentieth century. The project includes a proposal for a graduate discipline, which will be carried out both in a more theoretical and methodological clipping around the theme of history and social movements, as well as on the social movements themselves in Brazil in the twentieth century.
