Abstract

This research aims for comprehend the period of sick leave and readjustment from teachers in state schools in a country town of São Paulo. This survey is justified by the necessity of researches that provide intervention projects to improve conditions during, or after, the process of functional rehabilitation of these professionals. The participants of the study will be readapted teachers from state schools, regardless of the cause (psychological, biological, physiological). The methodology of research will include a sociodemographic scale, the Evaluation of Work Context Scale, and a structured interview. The analysis of quantitative answers will be done wich compatible statistical tests. The analysis of qualitative answers will be based on aspects of psychodynamics of work, and the insanity at the workplace from Christophe Dejours. It is expected that, this study can contribute to interventions for the improvement of teachers readjustments process and public policies in the field of education.
