Abstract

The worker´s health is a crescent theme of studies due to constantly increase disease and work accident as a result of the forms of production of the capitalist system. As a consequence of this sickening and therefore the remoteness of the worker, becomes necessary a readaptation to work. This readaptation is a complex process that causes suffering and anguish, being able to make worse the state of health of individuals. Added to this are the peculiarities experienced by Brazilian public servers, such as the negative social vision about them, based on the common sense that they are slothful, accommodated, as if they are taking advantage of the State. Therefore, this research aims to investigate the experience of the worker readapted, in a Municipal City Hall, in the process of removal and return to work. As methods will be used a questionnaire of sociodemographic, professional and health characteristics and a semi-structured individual interview. The expected results include both the collection of worker health data that can serve as a basis for the creation of public policies, such as the design of necessary improvements in rehabilitation programs and more accurate monitoring of the readapted worker.
