Abstract

We consider the S-matrix of any gapped, Lorentz invariant quantum eld theory in 1+1 dimensions with bosons and fermions. By imposing the constraints of supersymmetry and the physical constraints of crossing and unitarity we establish rigorous bounds on the cubic couplings of a given theory with a xed mass spectrum. In special cases we hope to identify interesting integrable theories saturating these bounds. (AU)
