Abstract

Is there some relation among reflection concepts, logical acts and "synthetic acts" of understanding? In the literature is possible to meet both attempts and suggestions of relations between reflection concepts and logical acts of understanding or between logical acts and "synthetic acts". However, those proposals are receiving several critics.Our project propose the study of the relation among the mentioned above concepts and,by extension, it propose the study of relation among logical functions of the understanding, categories and triple synthesis. The investigation is divided into three stages: (i) the reconstruction of the relation between comparison concepts and logical functions (forms) of the judgment, (ii) the construction of the relation between logical acts and "synthetic" acts of the understanding and (iii) the position of the triple synthesis. Therefore, it is hoped this research will produce a more suitable comprehension of the relation among those concepts in the Kantian philosophy. (AU)
