Abstract

Considering that in 2009 the OAB began to demand specific knowledge of human rights in the content of its tests (Provision 136) and that in 2016 the National School for the Training and Improvement of Magistrates began to provide for compulsory content for admission, training and further training (Resolution No. 2), the study of the repercussion of the decisions issued by international organizations in domestic jurisprudence became of special relevance in the process of training professionals of the Justice System. The purpose of this research project is to study the repercussions of the Alyne da Silva Pimentel case, which was processed by the Committee for the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women of the United Nations in the judgments of the Sao Paulo and Mato Grosso do Sul Courts of Justice and Federal Regional Court 3. The study will be developed based on the case analysis and the jurisprudential search in the Courts' electronic websites and, considering the period of one year for the development of the research, will have as a perspective a quantitative analysis of the references to this international case eventually found in domestic jurisprudence.
