The increase of the competitiveness between companies and the demands and requirements of the clients made them look for different ways to stand out positively in the market. Among these prominent forms, the implementation of certifiable management systems (CMSs) has stood out. For those companies that implement two or more different CMSs in an integrated way, developing Integrated Management Systems (IMSs) can be an effective strategy. To contribute to the implementation process, this research aims to identify, compare and systematize papers that have proposed guidelines for the integration of CMSs in the scientific literature, evidencing their structures, elements and particularities. The research will have a qualitative approach and will use for its execution bibliographic data from the bases Scopus and Web of Science (WoS). As technical procedures will be used bibliographic analysis, theoretical review and content analysis. With the development of the present research the following results are expected: to contribute to the development of papers that propose orientations for the integration of CMSs; submit a scientific article for national and/or international expression congress in the area of Production Engineering; submit at least one scientific paper to a journal with Qualis equal to or greater than B2 in Engineering III; prepare instructional material on the research and its results to be made available on the Internet to researchers and managers interested in IMSs; lecturing on the subject for fellow undergraduates.
