Abstract The present research aims to verify the accompanying value of two instruments that identify signs of psychic suffering in babies, IRDI and PREAUT, when applied to therapeutic intervention with babies in Brazil and in France. The use we propose from both, in a follow-up perspective, aims to better identify the way the baby constitutes himself in his relationship with his caregivers and how he evolves throughout the attendance sessions. In this way, the complementary use of the instruments aims to improve the clinical reading of each baby's subjective issues and to contribute to guide the treatment. To do so, they will be used by the researcher as an analysis script to the attendance sessions' videos of babies from 0 to 18 months carried out by a psychoanalyst in a Brazilian institution and another in a French institution. The complementary use of the instruments will allow the comparison of the results in each country, in addition to testing the output of the Brazilian instrument IRDI to be internationalized. Another objective of the research will be the discussion and hypothesis about the complementarity of the two instruments in the accompaniment of babies through interventions and their use in other Brazilian institutions, as well as for professional training purposes. Therefore, the research aims to contribute to a better articulation between identification of suffering signs and early attendance, also favoring the debate on the creation of early development public policies. | |
