Abstract

One of the innovative methods for obtaining ceramic powders of pure Ta and doped KNLN is the microwave assisted hydrothermal co-precipitation. The present research project has the objective of obtaining ceramic powders of KNLN pure and doped with Ta by hydrothermal co-precipitation assisted by microwave and its sintering assisted in microwave oven. The results will be analyzed according to the homogeneity of the material, particle size distribution, particle size and morphology. In order to do so, the fellow will have contact with the synthesis and various basic techniques for the characterization of post-ceramics, such as particle distribution analysis, BET, X-ray diffraction, and by optical microscopy electronics.
