The research project approaches the concept, the limits and the forms generated by the fundamental right of freedom of expression, having as its central theme the jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights. There is no conceptual aspect, the project investigates the concept, the theoretical foundations that justify the constitutional constitution, constitutional law and, finally, the limits of the exercise of such fundamental right. From a perspective, the project proposes itself to a literature review and respect for texts that address the theme of freedom of expression. As regards the fundamental right dogmatists, the details and constitutional protective features of freedom of expression. The fundamental questions are: "The are the holders of the fundamental right", "the databases", "the" are as specific characteristics that distinguish human rights. And, in that regard, to evaluate them as differences between the freedom of expression conferred by the European revision of human rights. The research will be developed based on the method of documentary analysis, which seeks to infer the contours of fundamental law in themes based on judicial decisions and their foundations. The expected results of the research are a greater understanding of international and Latin American jurisprudence on respect for technology, as well as the development of critical and propositional analysis of respect for the solution.
