Abstract

It is getting closer to the fact that robots will be present in the home environment, which implies that they should interact socially and therefore, should follow rules and guidelines so that these interactions are as safe and comfortable for the human being as possible. This project intends to qualitatively verify simple interactions between humans and robots that will happen in domestic environments based on the personality profile of the individuals, in order to observe the impacts on the sensation of security and comfort that the robot transmits to the individual. The scope of human-robot collaboration extends from the home environment to industry itself, and is one of the sub-areas of industry 4.0. It is intended to obtain information regarding minimum requirements for domestic coexistence and its interaction with different personality profiles, for the purpose of future application in domestic and industrial environments.
