Abstract

In this project, we propose to study the fundamental of one of themost important open questions in science that is dark matter.The student will study the fundamental measures that prove the existence ofdark matter in gravitational effects and the measures of upper limitsmade by Cherenkov telescope. In parallel, it will elaborate a programto adjust the rotation curves of galaxy clusters to in order to demonstrate the necessity of the existence of matter beyond that detected through electromagnetic interaction. The aim of the project is to introduce subject for the student who is in the third year of graduation and attack a problem simple relating to this area of research. The student has already started studying this subject in the last few months. He has shown interest and competence in handling the matter and therefore we request this grant for one year long.
