Abstract

Among the various activities, this project will carry out a literature review to identify statistical approaches that are relevant for the analysis of data from diagnosis and the treatment based on dense-array EEG and transcranial electrical stimulation data and to enumerate the main methods, applied to a tinnitus dataset. They will be implemented in Matlab/R language(s) to perform descriptive analysis and to search for appropriate numerical and graphical description methods. During the project will be made available the codes used for modeling, considering the expected patterns of input and output of data and results, as well as addressing possible errors of use. Among the tasks to be performed by the fellow, is also the presentation of the results obtained based on the dataset studied in the form of a technical report to be made available to the project managers and the interested community.
