Abstract

One of the great challenges of the genomic sciences is to navigate complex data sets and obtain concise and informative summaries of complex multivariate statistics (1). New interactive visualization technologies that target modern web browsers to representation, have shown great potential to extend the capacity and performance of interact with large data sets and promote a better interpretation of the results (2).This subproject aims to create a library of dynamic representation of statistics summaries multivariate, using web technologies, such as the visualization framework provided in the data-driven documents JavaScript library (d3.js) (3) . Creating a more user-friendly interface responsive and dynamic, aims to significantly improve the usability of tools, and consequently the potential for discoveries in exploratory analysis. These tools will be formatted as microservices (associated main project) to optimize the modularization and reuse. (AU)
